The Publisher makes sure the CCC’s day-to-day business operations run profitably and efficiently. She turns the lights on in the morning and off at night. Using implementation and strategery, she makes sure the sun rises in the east and that the bills are paid on time. To paraphrase: she makes the donuts.
Were it not for my behind the scenes efforts as the Publisher, my esteemed colleague Catherine Sproul (a delight to work with) wouldn’t even be Ms. Editor-in-Chief… she’d just be a regular old blogger. (Tweeter at best.)
